(i’ve no idea the going rate for labor) you need more than just labor you need brains and phisical capability. depending on the type of desk it could take form 1.5 to 3 hours each. at $10.00/hr geustimating it’ll take 6 to 8 hrs, id offer arround 50 to 80 bucks.
