what height bar stool do i need if my bar counter height measurement is 45 1/2?

not sure because theres some bar stools that measure different im thinking the 24′ will be too short, thanks for your help!

Normal bar height is 42 inch from floor to top of bar.
I just custom built a room and bar in my basement.
24 inch stools are for like 36 inch kitchen counter height use.
29 or 30 inch seat height is for a 42 inch bar.
The extra few inches will not be too much concern on your bar.
Wonder why it is that height ?
Commercially available stools for bars are 29 or 30 seat height – you could have some custom built but it would get pricey I would think.
