My family is opening a nightclub, what kind of bar stool?

We have purchased a 5,000 sq ft nightclub and we need new barstools for the 26ft of bartop. I have a few types I can’t decide between.
Backless bar stools
Bar stools with backs
Bar stools bolted to the ground (like a cafe-ish) with or without backs
(I like the idea of the mounted bar stools, less clutter, the chair is always spaced just right and if you fall off of it my stool isn’t broke)
When you sit on a bar stool what do you think should be there instead?
As long as there is a foot rest I’m fine.
I personally would do the stool bolted to the ground but definitly have backs, you dont want drunk people coming in and fallin off and suing you 🙂 If you do, do the stools planted in the ground definitly have some closer and some further from the actual bar because theres smaller and larger people
