How do you move secondhand furniture?

Are their people you can hire to do it? I’m thinking of big things like a dining room table, chairs and cabinet or a couch.
I actually am an adult and I own a small pickup with a tonneau cover on the back. I’m not really worried about lifting it unless it is unusually heavy (like some of the really expensive furniture), but I don’t know how I could make it work with my truck.
I think that two adult men and a truck could do that. However, you could hire a moving company but the cost would offset by the price of second hand furniture.
EDIT: You should be able to rent a UHaul for like $30 plus a quarter a mile
