Black and Brown furniture?

My apt is open concept. The living room is basically the same space as the dining. I will have an espresso brown coffee table/end tables and an espresso tv stand… but I really love these bar stools that are black. They would be pretty much in the same space at the counter top in the kitchen. Would this look bad since the living room stuff is brown?
Determine what mood you want to create. Add some accessories of the accent colors to tie together the black and espresso.
Say you choose yellow which I think is a cheerful color with black and espresso…then get some yellow candles. Hang some yellow sheers on the windows, get throw pillows with yellow, black and espresso.
You can actually create that look with any color because black is great for bringing colors together.
