Yes I know the list is all over the place and stops at the Letter "D" I promise to do the rest of the alphabet – LOL
Cheetah pointed out that Bush is British – I apologize for the error.

Several of these bands are unfamiliar to me but I am checking them out. Love BTO (awesome version of House of The Rising Sun, and I thought I loved The Animals version!). April Wine is great and should have been bigger than they were. Love the Bush song but aren’t they British?
i rate all 10
Hey now, I have no Canadian "friends"…
And April Wine is the only halfway decent band on that list.
I’ve only known 3 canadians. 1 was a clean freak diabetic. From those figures, i can safely say that 1/3 of Canadians are diabetic, therefor it must be full of fat people. And Australian Idol has PROVEN that fat people cannot sing, even if they win a singing award.
Though i liked those canadians… i’ll let south park help my judgement of them.
I dislike all of them – and as to avoid sounding like a canadian hater – all 3 canadians teased everything related to music and movies that came out of canada.
As a proud Welshman- the bit of the UK to the left of England- up until coming on these pages I confess that I classed anything from "North America" as being from the USA.
To my Canadian Friends, and those of you I do not "know", I apologise unreservedly, as your Country has talent in Spades.
Good list. I especially love Cowboy Junkies, BTO and April Wine.
All great songs by the way, some are fairly new to me has I have not got into some of their music that much yet. But I do have some of them in my collection. As April Wine as Myles Goodwyn
and I shared a few beers together before they hit it big back in Nova Scotia. And Ken Tobias who I knew form my home town of Saint John, New Brunswick wrote that songs for the Bells and his father wa also my dentist when I was younger and guitarist Charlie Clark who play with the Bells now lives in my home town of Saint John
Greatlist my friend.
take care
dave
