where can i find second hand office chairs either unwanted or for sale?

i want to search for local second hand office chairs for local pickup. Ebay does a good search for this but only returns one results and i would like to widen the umbrella! thanks.
okay so i live in a small town in the uk that isnt even on gumtree!! is there anythings else i can use?

*walmart has a few nice models between ($40 and up)
*try a flea market/want ads/greensheet/thrifty nickel
*try a salvation army,goodwill store near you

You can set it to your city, and look under the furniture section.

you quite often get office chairs coming up for offer on Freecycle.org
what about local yard sales and estate sales? check your local listings
Thrift stores, yard/garage sales. Call offices that are closing or relocating and see if they are getting rid of any furniture. Certain sects of careers publish magazines particular to their field which may contain a classified section. For instance if a hospital, attorney’s office, health clinic, accounting firm – has something to sale they may publish it in that career specific print (my FIL is an attorney and we found a vacation home to rent in a law circular). Check the want ads the local paper, of course.
