What shipping company does Allure Furniture Use?

I purchased a set of chairs from Allure Furniture over a month ago. No call or email to let me know what is going on. I would like to find what shipping company they use to find if this is truly a scam. Has anybody else run into these problems with this shady company?

They are a member of the BBB so thay are OK.
