Okay so i came back to school from winter break about a month ago and ever since i have been eating the cafeteria food i have had loose stools, but not diarrhea. When i was back at home i had perfectly normal bowel movements. For breakfast i usually have a nutra grain bar or something like that with a couple cups of coffee or an energy drink. For lunch i usually have a sandwich. I think it is the dinner that does it because the only thing they offer is the grill which consists of greasy hamburgers, turkey burgers, pizza, or chicken sandwiches. They also have a hot line which is usually something greasy… My question is does this sound like what is causing my loose stools? And what can i be eating to maybe harden up my stools, or should i just find other dining options that dont involve so much grease?
