What country music video is this and who are the singers?

trying to find a video from the late 90′s or somewhere around there. it’s a duet with a man and woman sitting on bar stools one behind the other. at the end of the song they walk out and go their separate ways. the word "heart may or may not be in the title. I can’t remember. any help is greatly appreciated! thanks.

Sorry guys, reba and vince video "The heart won’t lie" is not what this guy is looking for. No where in the video does it show these two sitting on bar stools. This video pretty much is set on a military base or they have some beach scenes.

It might be Reba and Brooks and Dunn with "if you see him or see her" but then again those words are not in the title.
Will keep checking.
