What could be wrong with my knee?
Is it just badly bruised?
Ugh, please. It hurts so bad. :/
My sister hit me with a metal bar stool last Friday.
It’s all bruised up, but the bruises themselves don’t hurt. It’s around the bruises where it hurts.
I’m practically limping when I walk because it hurts so much to walk on. It hurts to bend it and keep it straight for too long and feels like a really bad cramp. I can’t stand on the leg by itself because it hurts!
I’ve been icing it, wearing an ACE bandage, taking ibuprofen, etc. Nothing feels like it’s helping.
Anyone know what may be wrong? Is it just badly bruised? If so, how long does the pain usually last? =/
And don’t tell me to go to a doctor, because I can’t. Lol. My mom just tells me to get over it.
No, my mom just thinks it’s not a big deal. She didn’t even yell at my sister. >.>

Sounds like you fractured a bone. Is there a reason why you can’t see a doctor?
May be the bone’s bruised or internal muscle damage see A MD.
It’s definitely more than bruising. Many knee injuries involve the anterior cruciate ligament, a particularly vulnerable area. If the injury is not treated promptly, the knee can be permanently weakened.
You don’t say how old you are, but if you’re still in school, go to one of your teachers or the school nurse and find out how you can be seen by a doctor. It’s vital.
I know you don’t want to but A doctor is what you need. Sometimes when we injure our knees fluids tends to gather in the hurt area. Sometimes doctors can drain the water off and ease the pain.
I think you need to get off the knee and start complaining to your mom. Sometimes she just needs to know how bad it hurts. In the meantime, you are doing everything possible for your knees. If the pain continues please tell me that you will see a doctor about it.
