Was wondering what i could use to convert a divider into a snackbar?
Alright so we got rid of our kitchen table because it just took too much room in the kitchen and just didn’t look right.. The kitchen looks so much bigger! Anyways,
My mom and i want to convert the divider between the kitchen and dining room into like a snack bar (instead of using the dining room table , it’d be more convenient and almost like those little islands they have now in the middle of the kitchen) We’re looking to find a long strip of marble or something to make a table/bar out of it and get some stools to go along with it. Where would be the best place to find a reasonable priced kind of countertop to fit the divider?
My mom looked in home depot but they had countertops for a whole kitchen and we only need a long strip of it..
Can you help me out as to where to look for something like this?
i think the divider is about 67 inches long and 7 inches wide

I went to a place that cuts granite and because I only needed a small run they had scrap 5 feet by 3 for an inexpensive price.

why don’t you lookup a granite or stone countertop supplier they seem to be on every corner where I live – also this would probably be a scrap at a bargain price
