Need help on first Yard Sale??
I am thinking about having a yard sale. I have no clue on how to price things. I don’t want to be to high but I would like to make some money. Suggestions…….
1. Cub Cadet lawn tractor…needs some mechanical work but looks good. Paid over 00.00 for it new
2. Four basic bar stools, no back, white legs, wood set. Good condition
3. Clothes, shirts, jeans…good condition
4. Books
Thanks for any advice.

well if you want it to sell price it cheap if you want to make money price it more expensive
pick the middle ground of your pricing range – that way you’ll get at least that price or a customer can barter it to the least you will take – just remember you can always say no and sell it on ebay or in the paper
1.600-700
2.if really nice 50 if its just like whatevers 15-20
3.ugly stuff a dollor nice stuff 5and up
4.kids books like 5 or lower
paper backs 5 and lower hardcover 5 and up
i had lots of yards sales
people will try to get the price on the stuff they want lower so watch out
keep an eye on stuff people steel
