Has anyone heard of a bar in western New York – a small town – who has a patron in his sixties or so named Billy who does a ‘rant’ on a bar stool every sunday night?? My brother wrote a story about it, and a friend wants to visit the bar (my brother just passed away unexpectedly). Can anyone help us find it???
