Is this a good amount to pay? (For apartment rent.)?
I’m wanting to rent an apartment somewhere. I am a college student (19) and this is my first time doing so. I have found 2 girls who have a 3 BR and 3 bathroom apartment and are looking for another roommate. It is a very spacious place, close to campus. It has all appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, stove, full beds, furniture, a breakfast bar with stools, and computers desks, as well as more.
The rent is 9 a month, INCLUDING all utilities.
I’m ignorant here – is this a good deal? (Thanks guys!)
EDIT: I would be paying the 9 myself, and the other two would pay the same amount.

Is 619 your share if it is this is a 1857 a month place, if not and the rent is 619 a month it is only about 206 a month per person, and that is a good deal.
If you are in California, Florida, New York, or something like that 1,800 a month is about normal but it could eat your money up pretty quick.

If the rent is just for you depends but if your splitting up the 619 into certain chunks between eachother that Is a pretty good deal for the apartment you are explaining. All depends on where it is
Well, in my own opinion yes it is a good deal cause part for the rental fee are the appliances that you are going to use without additional payment.
