I changed my diet and my stools are still hard.?
Monday’s food intake was: half a box of Kellogg’s, All Bran, Extra Fiber, cereal, a bag of unsalted Snyder’s pretzels, 3 Nutrigran bars, 3.5gallons of water
Tuesday’s – Same as Monday’s
Wedensday’s : Foot long Subway Club with lettuce, potato chips, medium diet coke, Bran cereal bar, 3.5gallons of water
That’s this weeks food intake so far. My diet last week was virtually the same. I defecate everyday, but my stools are hard. Why?

You need some fruits and vegetables. There is such a thing as overdoing it on the type of fiber found in all those processed foods. Whatever you do, do not do it in extremes like you are doing.
NO just go to the health food store and get aloevera tablets take like two in the morning and two at night and you won’t have that problem anymore.
