Hot water is the worst you can do to a blood stain!!!! Lemon juice is your best bet with blood, also any cleaner specificaly for rust will do the trick, since that’s what blood stains are, is the iron in the red cells in contact with air that produces rust.
Did you kill someone? If so, I don’t want to be held responsible.
If you’ve got blood on your furniture, maybe laundry isn’t your biggest problem right now.
Peroxide will take it out but you gotta work with it a little bit and scrub it in with like a toothbroush or something. Then dry it with a towel as you go and you will see the blood come out
Sounds like someone had a little accident. You should know when Aunt Flow is visiting, it’s only once a month for Pete’s sake!
Let your clothes soak in Oxi-Clean for one 1 hour along with regular detergerent. Rub area that badly stain by hand you also use some dish soap like DAWN.
I had heard that when ladies use to quilt and would occasionally prick their finger that the persons who’s blood it was, their spit would remove the blood stain. If these are old blood stains or to large for spit to remove you could try a small amount of peroxide on a cotton ball, On chairs if this leaves a "water" mark or stain you can lightly spray with water and place a dry cotton bath towed over the area and most of the water stain will be removed. You could also try oxyclean, Good luck
