How to clean cat diarrhea off kitchen chairs!!!?

Ok one of my cats (layah a one year old Manx) got diarrhea and it got all over one of my kitchen dining chairs. There was also a nice mushy nugget on another chair. I clean the poop off the floor, and took a soapy hot sponge and cleaned the chairs (they have a fabric seat) is that enough? Or is there more that I need to do?

Are the chairs made of material that can handle bleach water? If not then I guess you’ve done all that you can. I would personally wipe them down with a mixture of bleach and water though, just to rid any germs. That would get rid of any scent that might attract your cat to come back to that spot, as well.
What has your cat gotten into that made it sick? Put up all food, but leave some water down for the cat to drink. Make sure there is no garbage for the cat to get into. If your cat continues to have diarrhea, I would definitely take it to the vet.

Yeah, it’s called get a dog. At least a dog would have ate his own poop after making that mess, so he’d at least be trying to help.

If you have stains, there are many pet stain removers
