Does anyone know of any New Jersey based charities that will collect furniture/home goods?

My boyfriend is clearing out his moms apartment as she has recently been moved into an Assisted Living Center. She has several pieces of furniture (couch, chairs, a table etc) that we would like to donate to a charity, rather than throw them away. We live in Montclair, New Jersey. Can any-one recommend a charity that would be interested in picking up these items? Thanks!!

good will industries will take your household stuff. they are in newark.
I had a similar situation to your boyfriend. My mother has lots of stuff and they came and were great and did all the work.
They are in the yellow pages. ..

just drop it off at a thrift store, or if you have toys take it to toys for tots, sometimes they have drop offs at the super market
