sucked in im 18 nd i can drink in australia
You only have to be 18 to serve alcoholic beverages in Michigan. I’m not sure about anywhere else.
of course!
Don’t quote me on this but I think you can serve it but you have to have a bartender that is 21 pour the drink. And you have to take the test and get your liquor card.
And yes, you have to be at least 18 to serve it.
It depends on which state you are in. Washington state says that a person 18-20 may pour wine and beer at a table but may not pour it at the bar. It also depends on whether the area you are serving allows persons under 21 years of age. If thwey do not then no one under 21 may serve in that area, they can however perform limited duites such as bussing tables. But like I said, that is WA law.
It depends on where you are located. I bartended in Florida when I was 18-20, poured drinks, and served them. When I moved to Missouri, they told me I could only serve them because I wasn’t 21.
State laws are all diff in New York you Could fully serve Alcohol but you need to include the state for this question
