best place to buy furniture in houston?

What would be a good place to buy cheap used furniture in Houston (USA)?? I need dining table, chairs , shelves/desks and a couch.

There’s a place on 45 North (the W Little York exit) called Southwest Surplus. They buy used furniture from 4 and 5 star hotels and sell it for comparatively cheap prices. Be aware, availability of items is subject to change. Call them and tell them what you’re looking for. 713-741-3650
Most used furniture stores are located inside the neighborhoods. Your best bet is to consult the yellow pages to find one close to you. I believe there’s one on Irvington and Crosstimbers. There is one called Tamez over on Tidwell, just a block and a half from 59 North, but I don’t know how good it is.
